In London, the weekend isn’t over until the weekend is over. So on Sunday, Cupids and family and friends gathered again and headed off in search of fun. There was some confusion about the best way to get there *cough*BusNotWalk*cough*
marki’s married friend, marki, 70s friend #1, that charming bit o’ fluff, 70s
As usual, eventually we made it to the Latin American Festival (dancing required):
But first, an introduction to . . .
Sisteroilolioliolio!!!
LOOK!! A picture of 70s and dilly NOT kissing or drinking!!! But still smiling! Strange, but true.
This was no Glastonbury, but there was still quite a crowd.
There are more pictures and a bit of video but it’s in my phone and I can’t get them out. Trust me, we danced, and danced and danced again. The music was more than fab. If I manage to extract them I will add them here. Promise.
I hope our getting together will inspire some of you “out there” to do the same with Cupids near you.
WHAT WE MIGHT DO NEXT ---
Cast your vote for a Bank Holiday-Notting Hill Carnival gathering in London. The possible plan includes camping with tents in my garden, Cupids (and kids?) slumber party in the flat too, bbq.
Well? Would you join us?
